People blame this product because they have an uncooperative dog. I used it for a couple years on an 11 year old Labrador who thought it was a day at the spa and gave him great confidence to navigate hard floors again. I just purchased again for a 15 year old Shitzu who is not so cooperative. We may never get the pads on her but that’s not the fault of the product. This works if you follow the instructions. You can order medical adhesive on Amazon when the glue tubes run out while still having granules left. This is a game changer for an old dog.
